Joyce LeMay has more than 25 years of Human Resource Management experience working with C-suite leaders, HR Professionals, and Managers in order to develop and implement strategies that have a positive effect on organizational results. Her career has focused on an emphasis of effective and ethical human resource and business strategies.
Joyce currently is an Associate Professor in the Department of Business at Bethel University and teaches several HRM courses along with Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from UW-Stout and completed her MBA from Metropolitan State University.
Joyce has volunteered for the past 20 years at the local SHRM chapter, MNSHRM State Council, and national SHRM. She has been SPHR certified since 1999 and earned her SHRM-SCP in the opening year it was offered. Joyce served on the SHRM Special Expertise Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility national panel for four years and is currently on the SHRM Hearing Committee.
